APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

In order to provide you with better service, specific procedures are scheduled at select times during the day. Although we realize at times these appointments may not be convenient, we will try to accommodate you as much as possible. There is simply no way for us to see every patient in the afternoon and still provide high quality care.

Because we are certain that no patient would ask us to compromise their treatment, we are confident that you will help us to find mutually acceptable times for your appointments.

We will do our best to accommodate each family with appointments that do not conflict with work or school; however, if we feel that the quality of our treatment suffers, or that treatment time is being extended, we will have to insist that our scheduling requirements be followed. We ask that you alternate after school appointments with two appointments during school hours to give every patient access to these times. We try to do as much as possible at each appointment to assure that fewer appointments will be needed, and that overall treatment time will be within the estimate given at the beginning of treatment.

In this manner, the total amount of time invested in your or your child's orthodontic treatment can be kept to a minimum.
